"Covid-related closure problem promptly solved"
The Stasher point I booked in was closed due to Covid. I called customer service, and they promptly solved my problem by finding another Stasher point for me to go to. In addition, two days later I discovered that they had refunded me the money I paid for the inconvenience and when I contacted them about that, they said it was on them. I would like to thank their team, especially Jacob, for this.
